摘 要:就液力减速器轴向宽度对其制动性能的影响进行研究,提出一种变宽循环圆液力减速器设计方法,并基于三维集成仿真技术,实现了变宽循环圆液力减速器参数化自动建模与仿真计算。对不同扁平比的液力减速器内流道速度场、压力场和湍流动能耗散率分布进行了对比,并对不同扁平比下的制动转矩进行了分析。结果表明,液力减速器制动转矩随循环圆扁平比减小而降低。The effects of the axial width of hydraulic retarder on its braking performance are studied in this paper. Firstly, a design method of hydraulic retarder with varying width of circular circle is proposed. Then the au- tomatic parametric modeling and simulation of hydraulic retarder with varying width of circular circle are conducted based on 3 D integrated simulation technique. Finally the distributions of the velocity field, pressure field and tur- bulent kinetic energy dissipation rate of the internal flow path are compared and the braking torques are analyzed for hydraulic retarders with different flatness ratios. The results show that the braking torque of hydraulic retarder de- creases with the reduction in flatness ratio of circular circle.
