我国图书馆学教育面临的困境与对策

摘　　要：文章论述了我国图书馆学教育面临的困境,图书馆学无可奈何的改名以及毕业生择业难与专业不对口的现实问题。这些问题关系到图书馆学如何办下去的长远问题。针对这些问题提出了对策:根据需求进行院系改革、走图书馆与图书馆系合并的办学道路以及加强在职培训等对策。The article discussed the difficul- ties faced by the Library Science education in China, helpless rename of Library Sci- ence helpless, difficulty of finding jobs for graduates and reality of professional coun- terparts. These issues were related to the long-term problem that how the Library Science wind up. Proposed countermea- sures for these problems： reforming the de- partment according to the demand, walk- ing the roads of the mergence of Depart- ment of Library and library, as well as strengthening job training and other coun- termeasures.
