摘　　要：核心竞争力的培育是我国商业银行的基本目标,而知识管理是核心竞争力培育的动力源。知识管理和核心竞争力相关性的分析揭示了知识管理的内部机理,指出了核心竞争力的培育方向,有效地促进了我国银行业知识管理功能的增强和核心竞争力水平的提高。The cultivation of core competitiveness is the basic goal of China＇ s commercial banks, and knowledge management is the power source to nurture core competitiveness. The correlation analysis of knowledge management and core competencies reveals the internal mechanism of knowledge management, and pointed out the direction of the cultivation of core competitiveness, which may promote knowledge management capabilities and en- hance the level of the core competitiveness of China＇ s banking industry.
