井冈山红色资源与创新大学生军训教育研究

摘　　要：红色资源与军训的核心属性都在于育人,井冈山红色资源蕴涵的革命精神对军训教育具有指导意义,蕴涵的军事题材也可资军训教育借鉴。要将井冈山红色资源运用于大学生军训教育,需从教育指导思想、教育思路、教育原则、井冈山红色资源的普查与筛选、井冈山野外综合训练方案的设计论证、教育活动的组织等方面进行创新。Red resources are excellent. In this paper, the author analyses the common grounds between Jinggangshan red resources and military training, that is, they both are aimed to educate people. The revolutionary spirits inherent in Jinggangshan red resources are instructive to the military training and their military subjects useful for the training content. Hence it is argued that the military education should be practical. In addition, the author explores the way for innovative red-resourcebased college military training, in terms of the guiding thoughts, approaches, principles of education, surveys and sorts of red resources, designs and rationales of comprehensive field training in Jinggangshan mountain as well as the organization of education activities.
