摘　　要：供应链合作关系中的信任和未来期许均对于供应链运作绩效中的产品质量和客户服务水平具有正向影响作用,而对于产品具有负向作用。但是供应链合作关系中的合作意愿仅仅对于产品质量和客户服务水平具有正向影响作用,但是对于成本的影响没有通过原来的假设。因此对于企业而言,要提高供应链运作绩效的水平,应综合考虑供应链合作关系的维度,可根据实际情况加强各种合作行为,全面提升双方合作的绩效。Trust and future expectations in supply chain collaboration have positive effects in product quality and customer service levels of the supply chain operation performance, have negative effects in product. But cooperation will in the supply chain partnership cooperation only has a positive effect for product quality and customer service level, hut the impact on cost not through the original hypothesis. Therefore, to the enterprise, should consider the supply chain collaboration relationship dimension and strengthen the cooperative behavior according to the actual situation, to enhance cooperation between the two sides of the comprehensive performance.
