摘　　要：本文结合了保险业务特点,分析保险业务中客户评估变量,从而进行保险公司客户评估指标体系的建设。并且以国内某保险公司的客户资料为例,运用数据挖掘理论和技术进行客户评估模型的建立,并且通过测试表明本文所设计的BP神经网络模型可以很好的实现保险公司客户的评估和分类,从而有利于保险公司合理的规避经营风险。In this paper, the characteristics of the insurance business, analyze customers evaluate variables in the insurance business, which the insurance company customer evaluation index system construction. And customer data to a domestic insurance company, for example, using data mining theory and technology the customer assessment model, and by the tests show that the well design BP neural network model can achieve the assessment and classification of the insurance company customers, thus contributing to the insurance company a reasonable operational risks.
