摘 要:乳腺癌是女性常见的恶性肿瘤之一,它的局部浸润和远处转移是目前治疗的难点。微小RNA(miRNA)在癌症中的功能研究,为肿瘤的发生及侵袭转移机制提供了新的思路。目前已研究发现miRNA家族中的miRNA-10b(miR-10b)通过三条通路介导乳腺癌的侵袭和转移。随着miR-10b的分子靶向药物如miR-10b阻断剂、CCN5激活剂、NSAID舒林酸(SS)的不断发现,miR-10b可能成为治疗乳腺癌转移的新靶点。该文就miR-10b在乳腺癌转移中的机制与靶向治疗作一综述。Breast cancer is one of the common malignant cancers in female cancers. Its local invasion and dis tant metastasis is the treatment of the difficulties. The functional research of MiRNA in cancer, provides a new way for the tumor invasion and metastasis. Recent study shows that, as a member of miRNA family, miR10b mediates the invasion and metastasis of breast cancer by three pathways, miR 10b can be new target for treating breast canc er metastasis with the discovery of targeted drugs, such as miR 10b blockers, cysteine rich 61 connective tissue growth factor nephroblastoma over expressed 5 (CCN5) and nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drug sulindac (SS). This paper will show miR 10b transfer mechanism and targeted therapy in the breast cancer.
