摘　　要：毕业实习是培养学生运用所学的基础理论知识、专业知识、基本技能应对和处理工作实际问题的能力,是学生对所学知识进行系统化、综合化运用、总结和深化的过程。其目的在于培养学生综合应用知识的能力、从事本学科专业的工作能力和团队协作能力。针对传统毕业实习的局限性,提出了毕业实习的改革方案,分析对比了新老毕业实习方案的不同特点,并从新方案的落实举措和实践效果上进行了详细阐述。Graduation practice is aiming to train students to use the basic theoretical knowledge, pro- fessional knowledge and basic skills to deal with and handle practical problems. In this process, the a- bility of students systematizing, comprehensive using, summary and deepen the knowledge they have learned is improved. This aims to developing students＂ comprehensive application of knowledge and the ability to engage in this discipline and teamwork. In this paper, the limitations of the traditional gradu- ation internship, graduation internship program for reform, analysis and comparison of the different characteristics of the old and new graduate internship program, and the new implementation of program initiatives and practical effect are described in detail.
