摘  要:将自带冠叶片组简化为三质量块-弹簧系统模型,质体间接触为斜碰撞。建立该系统的动力学方程并列写碰撞条件,采用数值模拟方法研究系统的动力学行为,探讨质块间隙、接触面倾角等参数对减振效果的影响。研究结果表明,质块间隙和接触面倾角大小对碰撞减振效果有很大影响,存在最优间隙和对碰撞减振效果不利的接触面倾角范围,工程设计中应予以考虑。在动力学方面,随着转速提高,质块振动响应会在混沌状态和周期运动状态之间发生拓扑结构的突变。In this paper, blades with tips is modeled as a three-mass with springs system. The contact collision between masses is oblique impacting. Thus, the dynamical equation of the system and collision terms is established, and the dynamical behavior of system is studied by using numerical simulation method. The effects of parameters such as gap of masses, contact angle, etc. on damping are discussed. The results show that the gap of masses and contact angle have great effects upon the damping. There exists an optimum gap and a negative contact angle range. It should be considered in the engineering design. In dynamics, as the rotational speed increases, the topological structure of system varied between chaos and periodic motion.
