摘 要:针对感应电机直接转矩控制系统转速控制环节的非线性饱和特性,提出了一种变结构an-ti-windup PI速度控制器来提高转速控制性能。该方法结合了条件积分法与反计算法的优点,根据PI控制器的输出是否饱和,对积分状态分别进行控制。当PI控制器在饱和非线性区运行时,将饱和限幅环节的输入与输出量的差值反馈到积分器的输入端,以减小积分状态的变化速率。使控制器在出现饱和时,能够适时快速地退出饱和区,达到减小转速响应的超调量,加快响应速度的目的。仿真和实验结果表明该控制器能有效抑制系统的积分windup现象,控制性能优于传统的anti-windup PI控制器。Aiming at the saturation nonlinearity of the speed control loop for direct torque controlled ind- cution motor driving system, a variable structure anti-windup PI controller is proposed to improve the speed control performance. The proposed method combined the conditional integration with the tracking back calculation, and controls the integral state respectively according to whether the output of the con- troller was limited or not. When the PI controller operate in nonlinear saturation region, the difference between the output and input of the saturation limiter was fed back to the input port of the integrator to decrease the change rate of the integral state. So the system left saturation as soon as possible. As a re- sult, the overshoot was reduced and the settling time was shortened. Simulation and experimental results show that this method significantly suppresses the integral windup phenomenon. The control performance superiors to the conventional anti-windup control method.
