摘　　要：在分析未来材料涨跌对施工利润影响的基础上,提出以材料的历史价格信息为样本,借助BP神经网络预测材料价格的模型。案例表明,该模型具有较强的非线性映射能力和容错能力,可成为建筑企业投标报价时正确预测材料价格走势的可靠方法。The influence of the future price fluctuation of construction materials on the construction profit was analyzed. The history price information of materials was taken as sample to construct the model of predicting materials price with BP neural net- works. The case shows that, this model has strong nonlinear mapping ability and fault tolerance capability. And it could become a reliable method of correctly predicting materials price in the process of bidding and pricing for construction enterprises.
