摘　　要：女大学生是我国经济和社会发展中不可缺少的人力资源。在当前严峻的就业形势下,女大学生就业难作为一个突出的社会问题而受到社会各界的广泛关注。文章对女大学生就业难的表现以及造成就业难的原因进行了分析,并提出完善法律、法规和社会补偿政策,消除性别歧视,转变就业观念,提升综合素质,加强就业指导等对策和建议。Female college students are indispensable human resources of Chinese economy and social development. In the current grim employment situation, the difficult employment of female college students as a social focus has attracted wide attention from the society. Based on the status of female college students employment, the causes of their difficulties in employment are analyzed and some rational countermeasures and the suggestion are proposed including perfecting laws, regulations and social policy, eliminating gender discrimination, changing the employment concept, improving comprehensive quality, and strengthening employment guidance.
