农业院校硕士研究生幸福感影响因素研究——基于4所院校的实证调查

摘　　要：为探求影响农业院校硕士研究生幸福感的因素,文章采用权威主观幸福感量表结合已有的幸福感研究问卷题库,对200名农业本科院校研究生预试,调查数据通过运用SPSS19.0分析,提取并获得7个有效影响因素和幸福感影响因素量表,然后对3所农业本科院校和1所非农院校320名学生进行问卷调查。其数据运用A-MOS17.0进行分析,得到调查结果表明:在一本农业院校中,学业期待、学校特征对学生幸福感影响最大;在二本农业院校中,个性特征、就业方面对学生幸福感影响最大。与农业院校相比,非农院校的专业特征对该校学生幸福感影响较小。In order to research the influential factors on well-being index of postgraduates of agri-cultural colleges, subjective well-being scale and questionnaire question bank of SWB were adopted by the investigation team to pretest 200 agricultural postgraduates, with the survey data analyzed by SPSS 19.0 to obtain seven effective influential factors and SWB scale. Then, a questionnaire survey of 320 students from three agricultural colleges and one nonagricultural college was conducted with its data analyzed by AMOS17.0. The survey results showed that academic expectation and college features are the most influential factors on well-being index of postgraduates from the key agricultural colleges while personality traits and employment status are of the most significant factors to the common agriculture university postgraduates. Compared with agricultural colleges, professional feature makes little influence on well-being index of the postgraduates from nonagricultural colleges.
