摘　　要：大学生实践能力培养已经成为目前教育界普遍关注的问题。通过分析工科类大学生实践能力培养现状,发现实践能力培养体系不健全、实践教学环节薄弱、人才培养模式陈旧是制约大学生实践能力提高的主要因素。提出从健全实践能力培养体系、与企业联合建立实践教学基地、提高教师的实践能力、改革人才培养方式、鼓励学生参与多种学术活动5个方面加强工科类大学生实践能力培养。Practical ability of university students has become a widespread concern in education circles. The training situation of practical ability of engineering students is analyzed in this paper. It is discovered that imperfect practical ability training system, weak practice teaching, and obsolete personnel training mode are restricting to the improvement of their practical ability of university students. This paper discusses how to strengthen the practical ability of engineering students from the following five aspects including perfecting the practical ability training system, co--constructing practice teaching base between schools and enterprises, improving the practical ability of teachers, reforming talent training methods, and encouraging students to participate in a variety of academic activities.
