高校学习型党组织建设途径探析

摘　　要：建设学习型党组织,是当前党建工作的重要内容,是全面贯彻落实科学发展观,推动各项工作上新水平的重要举措。高校党组织建设是党建工作的一项重要内容。文章以高校学习型党组织建设途径研究分析为切入点,对学习型党组织的概念和创建意义进行了简要表述,并系统地对创建高校学习型党组织的途径进行了探索与分析,从氛围及环境营造、学习内容与形式创新、学习制度和保障机制完善,学习载体与平台建设等方面提出了具体思路。The construction of learning Party organization, as an important content of the Party construction, is to comprehensively implement the scientific outlook on development and promote each work to a new level as an important measure. The university Party organization construction is an important content of the Party building work. This article briefly discusses the concept and significance of constructing learning Party organizations in universities, by analyzing and systematically probing into its approaches as a breakthrough point, with some specific suggestions proposed including building its atmosphere and environment, creating its learning contents and patterns, perfecting its system and insurance mechanism, and constructing its learning carrier and platform, etc.
