摘　　要：几千年来,翻译研究的学者们对于"翻译"的定义从不同角度进行了不同的阐释。全球化时代背景下,翻译不仅仅是语言的转换、文化的传承,更是译者根据目标语读者的背景、对译文的期待以及交际要求,将原作在目标语文化中的一种再现。本文将对"翻译"的意义进行重释,以期为更加深层次的翻译研究打下坚实的基础。For thousands of years, scholars of translation studies have made the studies of the definition of translation from different perspectives. In the context of globalization, translation is not only a language translation also a culture heritage. Moreover, it is a kind of reproduction in the translation of original culture into the target language. Therefore, the present paper aims to redefine the meaning of translation in order to make a foundation for deepening the studies of translation further.
