小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗硬核白内障的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗硬核白内障的疗效。方法选择Ⅳ～Ⅴ级硬核白内障患者269例291眼,随机分为两组,分别行小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入术(小切口组,139例157眼)和现代白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶体植入术(ECCE组,130例134眼)。观察术后视力、角膜散光及并发症。结果术后小切口组和ECCE组比较,裸眼视力差异无统计学意义(p>0.05)。角膜散光、并发症差异有统计学意义(p<0.05),小切口组更优。结论小切口非超声乳化白内障手术具有术后视力恢复好、角膜散光小、并发症少等优点,疗效满意,值得在临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of small incision cataract surgery in the treatment of hard nuclear cataract. Methods Two hundred and ninety one eyes of 269 patients with hard nuclear cataract from degree IV to V were involved in the study, and were randomly divided into two groups ： the small incision non - phac- oemulsification group（ 139 cases, 157 eyes） and the extracapsular cataract extraction group （ ECCE, 130 cases, 134 eyes ）. The difference in the visual acuity, corneal astigmatism and complications were compared. Results There was no statistically significant difference （p 〉 0. 05 ） in the two groups in postoperative uncorrected visual acuity. While the diopter of corneal astigmatism and the rate of postoperative complications in the small incision non - phacoemulsification group were significantly better than those in the ECCE group（p 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion Small incision cataract surgery has better corrected vision, less corneal astigmatism and complications in the treatment of hard nuclear cata- ract. It is worthy of popularized in clinic.
