摘 要:责任是人的本质属性——社会性的重要体现,教学作为一种人为的及为人的实践活动,同样有责任。首先分析了教学责任的内涵及特征,进而探讨了教学责任冲突的根源及其合理选择,最后指出了教学责任实现所需要的三个基本条件:享有充分的教学自由;具备一定的教学责任能力;具备强烈的教学责任感。Responsibility is the important manifestation of essential attribute of humanbing-social nature. Teaching, as a practical activity of artificial and for-people, also has its responsibility. First, this paper analyses the connotation and feature of the responsibility of teaching. Then it explores the root causes of the conflict of teaching responsibility and its reasonable choice, Finally, it puts forward three basic conditions to realize the responsibility of teaching: enjoy full freedom of teach- ing; promote the ability of the teaching responsibility of pre-school teacher; strengthen the sense of the responsibility of teaching of pre-school teacher.
