摘　　要：从行政体制改革入手去理解我国整体改革的方向和路径是一个很好的切入视角。通过对21世纪教育研究院等机构举办的两届"地方教育制度创新奖"获奖案例的分析,对当前我国地方政府教育行政体制创新的现状和问题进行研究,试图既梳理实践、总结地方经验,也为今后我国教育行政体制改革提供路径上的参考。To understand China＇s overall reform direction and path, the administrative system reform is a very good perspective. Through the winning case in ＂local educational system innovation award＂, organized by 21st Century Education Institute, this paper analyzes the current situation and the problems in the system innovation of local educational administra- tion, attempts to care practice, sum up the local experience, and bring out the path for the future of China＇s system re- form of educational .administration.
