摘　　要：文章以国内某一离散制造型企业ERP上线前盘点方法为例,探讨信息化项目上线过程中的数据盘点策略与数据优化方法,给同类型企业实施信息化项目提供了借鉴。Based on an actual case of ERP implementation in a large dispersed manufacturing company, a method of making an invenlory is induced in this paper. It is hoped that this method will prove interesting and useful for those enterprises still contemplating implementation of ERP systems.
