国内外食品冷链物流典型模式分析

摘　　要：冷链物流食品采购的对象具有保质期短、易腐败、损耗大、价格变化大和季节性强的特点,造成冷链食品采购的复杂性和风险性加大,因此要确保冷链食品物流各个环节的良好衔接。从食品采购、仓储、运输及配送各个物流环节及整个供应链的角度,通过国内外典型企业配以相应的流程图对食品物流典型模式进行分析,找出各个物流环节借鉴之处,以期能够促进食品冷链物流各个物流环节的整体发展。Food cold-chain logistics has the characteristics such as short quality guarantee period,easy to corruption,big loss,the great changes of price and seasons casing the complexity and risk of purchasing of cold -chain food. So must make sure that the food cold chain has a good link. From the points of purchasing, storage, transportation and distribution and the whole supply chain, through the mlalysis of the domestic and foreign typical enterprise matching with corresponding flow chart of food logistics, find out the place of each logistics links for reference, the author hope to promote the overall food-cold chain lozistics.
