欠发达地区企业信息化建设问题探析——以淮安市为例

摘　　要：对欠发达地区而言,企业信息化是实现工业化、现代化的关键,也是实现追赶型、跨越式发展的希望所在。随着社会的发展,欠发达地区企业信息化建设呈现快速发展的态势,但是也受到诸多因素的制约。大力发展企业信息化是缩小与发达地区的差距,以信息化带动工业化,实现工业化、城镇化、信息化和现代化的发展战略的必然选择。In terms of underdeveloped regions, enterprise information is the key to achieve industrialization and modernization, but also the hope of fulfilling pursuant and leap-forward development. With the development of society, enterprise information construction presents the trend of rapid development in the underdeveloped regions, but it is also negatively influenced by many other factors. It is an inevitable choice to greatly develop enterprise information to narrow the gap with the developed regions, to stimulate industrialization, and to achieve the development strategy for industrialization, urbanization, informationization and modernization.
