摘　　要：随着新建本科院校学报的迅猛发展,学报在取得了社会效益的同时,也还存在着稿源质量不高、特色不鲜明、与地方联系不紧密等诸多问题。因此,新建本科院校学报应当在谋求内涵式发展的同时,积极探索高等教育与学科建设、地方经济发展和特色创建的相互关系,为学校学科建设可持续发展提供智力支撑,对地方经济发展起到促进与推动作用,并在此过程中彰显自身的社会价值。With the increasing development of newly-buih university＇ s journal, the journal gets the social benefits, while also ex- ists many problems such as poor quality, unique features and imperfectly correlated with the local. Therefore, the newly-built uni- versity＇s journal seek the connotative developments, at the same time, and research the inner relation with higher education and subjects built and local economic development and unique feature establishment in order to support the university＇s subject con- struction, improve the local economic development and highlight the social value during the process.
