摘　　要：职业资格证书制度是促进职业教育快速发展,提高职业院校人才培养质量的有效途径。文章以各阶段相关政策文件、法律为线索,将我国职业资格证书制度的发展历程分为初步确立和快速发展两个阶段,并根据当前经济与教育发展的形势,预测我国职业资格证书制度在未来的发展中将在就业准入制度、职业资格证书的社会认可度、校企合作及职业资格证书国际化等方面迈出新的步伐。Vocational qualification certificate system is an effective way to promote not only the rapid develop- ment of vocational education, but also the quality of personnel training of vocational institutions. The history of vocational qualification certificate system is divided into two stages, the preliminary phase and the fast develo- ping phase, in accordance with the policies and laws of different periods. Predictions are also made based on the trends of economic and educational development in terms of preparation for employment, social acceptance, school-enterprise cooperation and globalizatrion.
