摘　　要：目的:观察米非司酮配伍米索前列醇用于终止妊娠的临床疗效,探讨有效的临床护理对策。方法:回顾性分析笔者所在医院2010-2012年收治的147例药物流产妇女的临床资料,总结临床护理经验。结果:本组147例药物流产妇女经有效治疗和护理后,完全流产116例(78.9%),不完全流产23例(15.6%),失败8例(5.4%)。用药治疗过程中6例患者出现轻微胃肠道反应,停药后症状缓解。结论:米非司酮配伍米索前列醇用于终止妊娠临床疗效确切,且较为安全,辅以有效的护理能够提高流产成功率,减少并发症的发生。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of mifepristone combined with misoprostol for termination of pregnancy, explore the effective clinical nursing interventions.Methods： A retrospective analysis about clinic data of 147 cases of drug abortion in our hospital from 2010 to 2012 years was operated, summarized the clinical nursing experience.Results： By effective treatment and nursing of 147 cases of drug abortion, abortion completely in 116 cases （78.9%）, abortion incompletely in 23 cases （15.6%）, failed in 8 eases（5.4%）.6 patients occured minor gastrointestinal reaction during treatment, after stopping drug the symptoms was remission.Conclusion： Taking mifepristone combined with misoprostol for termination of pregnancy has good clinical curative effect, and relatively safe, giving effective nursing can improve the success rate of abortion, reduce the incidence of complications.
