低位直肠癌保肛手治疗临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨低位直肠癌保肛手术的疗效。方法收集该科2010年1月—2011年12月收治的128例低位直肠癌患者保肛手术的临床资料。结果全组无手术死亡病例,无吻合口漏病例,术后预防性结肠造瘘1例(0.8%),吻合口狭窄2例(1.6%),肛门坠胀不适,里急后重感72例(56%),切口脂肪液化3例(2.4%)。结论双吻合器应用于低位直肠癌患者的保肛手术,既提高了患者生活质量,又保证了生存率,是治疗低位直肠癌的有效方法。Objective Investigate the curative effect of anus-preserving operation for low rectal cancer. Methods Collected 2010.1, 2011.12 in 128 cases with low rectal cancer anus preserving operation of clinical data. Results There was no operation death case, no anastomotic leakage cases, postoperative prophylactic colostomy in 1 cases （0.8%）, anastomotic stenosis in 2 cases （1.6%）, anal bulge discomfort, tenesmus in 72 cases （56%）, incision fat liquefaction in 3 cases （2.4%）. Conclusion Double stapling technique applied to patients with low rectal carcinoma anus preserving operation, which can improve the patients＂ quality of life, but also ensure the survival rate, it is the effective method in treatment of low rectal cancer.
