摘 要:采用活化玻碳(GCE)电极以差分脉冲伏安法测定抗坏血酸,并对测定条件进行优化。结果表明,活化电极对抗坏血酸的电化学氧化有良好的催化作用。在pH=5.4的醋酸-醋酸钠底液中,抗坏血酸浓度在5 mg/L~400 mg/L范围内与峰电流成线性关系,检出限为0.96 mg/L。对0.2 g/L的溶液重复测定7次,RSD为0.948%,以该电极测定果汁中的抗坏血酸,结果满意。The determination of ascorbic acid by differential pulse voltammetry at pretreated glassy carbon electrode was investigated, and several detection conditions were optimized. Results showed that the electrochemical oxidative process of aseorbic acid was catalyzed at active glassy carbon electrode. There was a good linear relationship between the peak current and ascorbic acid concentration in the range of 5 mg/L-400 mg/L in HAc-NaAc butter solution with a pH value of 5.4, and the detection limit was 0.96 mg/L. The relative standard deviation was 0.948 % (n = 7) at 0.2 g/L level .The electrode has been used for the determination of ascorbic acid in fruit juice.
