摘 要:研究了0℃冷藏条件下,不同厚度保鲜膜包装处理对白熟期采收冬枣的贮藏保鲜效果。结果表明,薄膜包装能够保持冬枣较好的硬度,减少乙醇累积、果皮转红和腐烂的发生,降低可溶性固形物、Vc和可滴定酸的含量,各处理以30μm薄膜小包装处理效果最好。Effects of film packages on the winter Jujube which were harvested in wihte ripe season possesses and were storaged at 0℃ were studied .The results showed that film package played an important role in keeping fruit firmness, repressing the accumulation of ethanol vastly ,restraining the incidence of changing red and decay. But the effects of MA package to the contents of TSS , VCand titratable acid are slightly. It was proved by this study the 30 μm film package treatment preasented the best effect.
