摘　　要：大鼠长期食用高脂饲料可使体重明显增加,导致脏器脂质积累及病变。主要研究甘薯糖蛋白(SPG)对高脂血症大鼠的体重及各种脏器指数的影响。研究结果显示:甘薯糖蛋白可以降低高脂血症大鼠的肝脏/体重比值,提高动物的机体免疫能力。且对肝脏、胸腺、脾脏、肾脏、心脏等器官无明显的影响。Long-term consumption of high fat diet can significantly increase the body weight and cause organ lipid accumulation and lesion in rats. The effect of sweet potato glycoprotein （SPG） on body weight and organ index in hyperlipidemic rats were studied in this paper. The results indicated that SPG can reduce the ratio of liver to body weight, and improved the ability of immune in hyperlipidemic rats. And have no significant impact on liver, thymus, spleen, kidney, heart and other organs.
