应用型人才培养模式下独立学院房地产类课程改革研究

摘　　要：独立学院房地产类课程有其特点,不断变化的环境对独立学院房地产类课程改革提出新的要求.在应用型人才培养目标的指导下,独立学院应解决房地产类课程在教学内容、教学体系和结构、教学模式等方面的问题,以培养应用型人才为目标,精心设计培养方案、不断优化课程体系、改变传统的教学模式,从而取得房地产类课程改革的成功.Real estate courses in independent college has its characteristics, and constantly changing environment put forward new requirements to real estate class curriculum reform in independent college. To realise the applied talents training target, under the guidance of independent college should eradicate drawbacks the real estate courses in the teaching content, teaching system and structure, and teaching patterns and so on. Trained applied talents as the goal, designed carefully training scheme, constantly optimized the curriculum system, changed the traditional teaching mode, and achieved real estate courses reform success.
