摘　　要：近年来,随着计算机网络技术和多媒体技术的快速发展,基于网络的数字视频监控技术的开发和应用已经成为网络应用的一个热点。文章简要介绍了视频监控系统的发展历史,分析了数字视频监控系统的优点、基于IP专网的数字视频监控系统的安防要求、风险分析与需求分析。重点阐述了北京科技大学现代教育中心建设的基于IP专网的数字视频监控系统的设计原则及功能实现,以及该系统的优势。In recent years, along with the computer network technology and the rapid development of multimedia technology, the development and application of the network based on digital video monitoring technology has become a hot application. This article briefly introduces the history of video surveillance system, analyzes the advantages of digital video monitoring system, security requirements, risk analysis and demand analysis based on IP special network digital video monitoring system. And then the paper focuses on design principles and functions, and the advantages of the digital video monitoring system based on the IP special network, in Modem Education Technology Center, University of Science and Technology Beijing.
