摘　　要：教育技术学科从诞生到今天,教育技术工作者也从主要关注"先进媒体的教育应用"转变为从多元的视角审视教育技术理论与实践;教育技术工作者推动了学科的发展,反过来,学科的进步也为他们提供了施展的空间,但同时,由于学科的不成熟,他们仍会面临一些比较尴尬的局面,在迈向发达学科的关键期,教育技术工作者承担了新的职责和历史使命,他们正以饱满的工作热情,通过对人的关怀、对实践的关怀、对创新的关怀,推动着教育技术学科的进步,创造着教育技术独特的存在方式和固有的教育价值。With the development of educational technology subject, educational technology workers＇ research views are becomi ng more diverse. Educational technology workers promote the development of this subject, conversely, the progress of this sub ject provide more opportunities for them. Sometimes they also confront embarrassed situations because the discipline is not m ature. At a critical stage of the discipline development, educational technology workers are boosting our subject＇s progress and creating its own values by giving attention to human, practice and innovation in this field.
