肾活检标本冰冻切片与石蜡切片免疫荧光染色结果的比较

摘　　要：目的:探讨冰冻切片与石蜡切片免疫荧光染色对肾活检标本病理诊断的影响。方法:将40例肾活检标本制成并分为冰冻切片组和石蜡切片组,其中石蜡切片组用高压加热抗原修复后行免疫荧光染色,比较两组切片免疫荧光染色结果。结果:石蜡切片组出现较多的假阴性结果和非特异性染色,与冰冻切片组相比,抗体IgG、IgA、Clq、C3的荧光强度均不同,差异有统计学意义。结论:肾活检标本石蜡切片用高压加热抗原修复后行免疫荧光染色可能影响肾活检标本的病理诊断。Objective： To compare the effect of using frozen section and paraffin section on pathological diagnosis of renal biopsy samples by immunofluorescenee staining. Methods： 40 cases of renal biopsy specimens were made of frozen section （control group） and paraffin section （experimental group）.High-pressuer heatre was used in paraffin section group for antigen retrieval. Results of immunofluorescence staining were compared between the two groups.Results： The paraffin section group showed more false-negative results and non-specific staining. Compared with frozen section group, the fluorescence intensity of antibody IgG, IgA, C1q and C3 of paraffin section group were significantly different. Conclusion：The use of high-pressure heater for antigen retrieval in paraffin section may influence the pathological diagnosis of renal biopsy specimens.
