摘 要:为了改善我校教学实习基地办学条件,积极探索电工实习在培养具有创新能力的本科应用型人才中的工程教育作用,开发研究出符合现代电工技术理论和电气控制原理的基于PLC的高性能电工实习教学装置。该装置具有PLC,变频器,继电接触器,传感器,计算机及组态软件等常用低压电气控制系统配置。作者介绍其设计思想、总体设计方案及所能开设的实习内容。通过该装置实习训练,让学生掌握常用的电气控制系统组成,初步具有电工操作技能、低压电气系统的安装调试能力和解决实际问题的能力。该装置将教学紧密与工程实践结合,为培养学生工程实践能力、科技创新能力提供了良好的条件。In order to improve the teaching condition of the practical training base in Shanghai University of Engineering Science and to explore the role of electrical engineering practice in the cultivation of the innovative ability of application- oriented undergraduates, a high performance electrical practice teaching device in line with modern electrical technology theory and the electric control principle based PLC was researched and developed. The device has PLC, frequency converter, relay, sensor, computer and configuration software and other common low-voltage electrical appliances. This paper introduces the design ideas, design scheme and the practice content. By means of the practice training using this device, the students ean understand the composition of the electricity control system, have electrical operation skills, the low voltage electrical system installation and debugging abilities and the ability to solve practical problems. The device links classroom teaching closely with engineering practice, facilitating the cuhivattion of students' engineering practice and innovation ability.
