摘　　要：我国的高等教育已从精英走向大众,作为影响大学生就业的双重动力——社会资本和人力资本日益受到社会的普遍重视。通过比较社会资本和人力资本,提出在影响大学生就业的双重动力中,人力资本是基础,社会资本是辅助,大学生应更加重视人力资本的培养和运用,充分发挥社会资本的辅助作用的基本观点。In our country higher education develops from elite to public. Social capital and human capital as a dual power are shown great concern by society. It shows that human capital is the foundation. And social capital is auxiliary. University students should pay more attention to the cultivation of the human capital while using social capital as an auxiliary.
