摘　　要：加大投入力度,有目的、有计划地投资,用于建立突出实践能力培养、理论教学与实践教学并重的实验教学体系,引进新技术、新成果,更新实验内容,改进实验教学方法与手段,加强实验教学师资队伍建设、教材建设等,实施实验教学质量工程,促进实验教学水平和质量的提高。To construct an experimental teaching system and stress students practical ability and the combination of theoretical teaching and practical teaching require more investment with clear targets and plans in introducing new technology and new findings, upgrading experimental contents and improving teaching methods. In addition, the in- vestment brings a chance to improve teaching faculty, produce better experimental materials and conduct a quality en- gineering construction of experimental teaching and in turn to promote experiment teaching quality.
