大学生竞争人格的内隐观研究

摘　　要：为了探讨大学生竞争人格内隐观的结构特点,该研究以内隐人格和词汇学假设作为研究的方法学基础,在预调查的基础上编制竞争人格特征调查表,然后对554名大学生被试竞争人格的内隐观进行正式调查。结果表明:(1)大学生认同竞争人格特征的前十位是有进取心、自尊心强、不甘落后、积极主动、不服输、自信、敢于拼搏、执着、好胜心强、勤奋努力;(2)大学生竞争人格特征的内隐观可以分为六个方面的因素结构;(3)大学生竞争人格内隐结构中有四个因素男生得分显著高于女生,一年级大学生有三个因素显著高于其它年级,有一个因素显著低于三、四年级。In order to probe the structure of undergraduates＇ implicit view about competition personality, within the implicit personality assumptions and the lexical hypothesis as a research methodology, an implicit view of competition personality questionnaire was made on the basis of pre - prepared survey. Based on this pre - survey ,554 college students were test by formal questionnaire. The results showed that： （ 1 ） Undergraduates most recognized competition personality in the top ten are aggressive, strong self - esteem, not far behind, initiative, admit defeat, confidence, courage, dedication, strong ambition, hard work; （2） The construction of undergraduates＇ implicit view of competition personality consists of 6 factors ; （ 3 ） There are four factors that boys scored significantly higher than girls on the construction of undergraduates＇ implicit view of competition personality, there are three factors that first grade students was significantly higher than other grades, at the same time, one factor was significantly lower than the third and fourth grade.
