留学生骨科临床实习教学的问题与对策

摘　　要：文章分析了我院国外留学生的临床实习特别是骨科临床实习教学中存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策。应考虑进一步完善管理制度,建立有效的评价体系,注重师资培养,改善与改革教学方法和模式,重视与学生之间的感情沟通等,以确保留学生骨科临床实习教学的教学质量。This article analyzes the problems of international students existing in the clinical practice, teaching, especially in orthopaedics teaching in our hospital, and proposes the corresponding countermeasures. Further improving the system of administration, establishing effec-tive evaluation system, paying attention to clinical teachers training, improving and reforming teaching methods and modes, and attaching im-portance to emotion communication should be considered to ensure the quality of practice teaching in orthopaedics department.
