双网协同发展的宁波物流企业服务能力提升研究

摘　　要：文章从协同理论视角,通过对宁波54家物流企业的调研,识别出提升服务能力的9大因素,并对各因素的层级关系进行了分析与研究。研究发现:物流设施设备和信息化水平是影响物流服务能力提升的两个基础性因素,起到承上启下的作用;两个因素构建的企业双网协同发展是提升企业服务能力的有效途径。Taking the logistics service capabilities as order parameters, this paper studied nine factors affecting the logistics service capability with the survey of 54 logistics enterprises based on the view of collaboration theory. Meanwhile, the hierarchical relationship of the nine factors was analyzed. The study showed that logistics facilities and informatization level are the basic factors which influence the improvement of logistics capabilities and play the essential roles, and the dual-network collaboration constructed by the two factors is an effective way to improve the service capability for Ningbo private logistics enterprises.
