转化医学模式下胃肠外科临床教学探讨

摘　　要：转化医学是连接基础与临床的桥梁,得到世界范围的高度重视和迅猛发展。现代胃肠外科临床教学的特点导致传统模式不能满足教学需要,不能适应目前医学的发展进步的现状。转化医学教学模式的引入更好的适应了这些特点,克服了传统教学模式的不足。科室借医院成立转化医学中心东风,在引入转化医学教学模式的基础上,进行了一些具体教学方法的探讨与实践,取得良好效果。The rise of the new translational medicine （bench-bedside-bench） is the bridge which connects basic research to clinical practice, has gained much attention and developed rapidly all over the world in the last ten years. The character of clinical teaching in modem gastroin- tectinal surgery demands new teaching model instead of traditional teaching model. Teaching model directed by translational medicine can adapt to the characters and enhance the teaching effect. The translational medical center had been established in our hospital last year. Our depart-ment has developed some exploration and practice in teaching methods based on the introduction of translational medicine, in order to cultivate surgeons with attitude in scientific research.
