摘 要:以丙烯酰胺(AM)为原料合成了不同相对分子质量的聚丙烯酰胺(PAM).通过碱性水解反应制备了阴离子聚丙烯酰胺(APAM).采用胶体滴定法测定了APAM的水解度,考察了碱的用量、聚合物的相对分子质量对水解度的影响.探讨了温度、pH值、相对分子质量和水解度等因素对APAM动力黏度的影响,并根据实验结果进行了应用实验.研究结果表明:当酰胺基与碱的比例在1∶3时聚合物水解度达到60%,增加碱的用量,其最终水解度保持不变;水解度60%的APAM在温度为25℃、pH=8~10、相对分子质量172×104时的动力黏度达到13 400 mPa·s,将它应用于涂料中,其黏度从57 mPa·s上升至299.5 mPa·s.Different polyaerylamides(PAM) with relative molecular mass were synthesized from acrylamide (AM). Anionic polyacrylamide (APAM) was prepared by alkali hydrolysis. The hydrolysis degrees of polymers were deter- mined by colloid titration. The effects of the amount of alkali and the relative molecular mass of polymer on the hy- drolysis level were investigated, and the influence of some factors such as temperature, pH value, relative molecu- lar mass of polymer and the hydrolysis degree on the dynamic viscosity were discussed. The results are as follows : when amide: alkali = 1 : 3, the hydrolysis degree of polymer reaches 60% ; while increasing the amount of alkali, it remains unchanged; the dynamic viscosity reaches 13 400 mPa·s at 25℃, pH = 8 - 10 and 172 million of rela- tive molecular mass. While applied to the APAM in coating, it has a good effect and its dynamic viscosity rises from 57 mPa·s to 299.5 mPa·s.
