摘　　要：将数据挖掘中的Gini Index决策树算法应用于人力资源管理,以人力资源绩效管理中的工作任务、工作质量、工作技能和工作态度作为决策属性构造决策树,通过实例说明Gini Index决策树算法在企业绩效评价中的具体构建流程,并验证了用Gini Index决策树方法作为绩效评价方法的可行性.The paper aims to apply Gini Index decision tree algorithm to the management of human resources. Using the work tasks, the quality of work , work skills and work attitudes of HR performance management as the decision attributes to construct a decision tree, the research discusses the specific building process of the enterprise performance evaluation in the Gini decision tree algorithm, and verifies its feasibility.
