摘  要:目的探讨专题讨论法在精神科临床量表教学中的可行性和有效性。方法在精神科常用量表教学中,40名学生采用专题讨论教学法(研究组),40名学生采用常规教学法(对照组)。由授课教师对精神分裂症标准化患者进行精神状况检查,教师及两组学生对患者进行阳性和阴性综合征量表(PANSS)评定,比较两组评分与带教老师评分一致性的差异,并使用自制的授课满意度调查表调查学生对教学的满意程度。结果研究组PANSS量表的评分与带教老师评分一致性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组的授课满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论专题讨论法可以提高精神卫生专业医学生的学习成绩和学习兴趣,可以在精神科教学活动中进一步推广使用。Objective To explore the feasibility and effect of seminar teaching method in the teaching of psychiatric rating scale. Methods The study group consisted of 40 students educated with seminar teaching method and the control group consisted of 40 students educated with common teaching method. A standardized schizophrenic patient was assessed with Positive and Negative Symptom Scale (PANSS) by teacher and students in the two groups after a psychiatric interview demonstration. The student-teacher rating consistency of PANSS was compared between study group and control group. All students were assessed with self-designed satisfaction questionnaire to evaluate their satisfaction about the teaching method. Results Student-teacher rating consistency of PANSS in study group was significantly higher than that in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The degree of satisfaction was significantly higher in study group than in control group. Conclusion Seminar teaching method can improve learning performance and learning interest in students of psychiatry speciality. It should be further popularized in the teaching of psychiatry.
