摘 要:简便、快速、灵敏、准确、经济的真菌毒素分析方法是预防真菌毒素污染,保障食品安全的重要工具。近年来,随着色谱技术、免疫化学以及光、电、声等领域的不断发展,真菌毒素的检测技术出现了新的进展,特别是快速筛选和现场检测方面。综述了这些方面的一些进展,并重点介绍了基于抗原-抗体反应的快速检测方法,如试纸法、横向流动免疫检测技术、免疫生物传感器,以及其他正在发展的快速检测方法如光谱筛选方法等。这些方法将有望在今后的真菌毒素分析中得到广泛的应用。Mycotoxins occur in a wide variety of food and feeds, and have been implicated in a range of human and animal dis- eases. Analysis of mycotoxins forms an important tool in the control strategy. Recently some new progresses have been obtained based on antigen -antibody principles, optical and surface acoustic wave principles, and infrared spectroscopy and so on for meeting different requirements. Among of them, rapid detection, multi mycotoxin analysis and cost-effective clear-up tech- nologies receive much more concern. This article gives a perspective on rapid alternative techniques for mycotoxin analysis, focusing on antibody-based approaches, such as Dip-Stick Immunoassay, Immunodetection using a lateral flow device, im- munological biosensors and emerging non-commercial rapid and innovative technologies such as spectroscopic screening methods reported in the literature they have potential for application to mycotoxin measurement.
