结直肠癌组织中CD_(40) mRNA的表达变化及临床意义

摘　　要：目的观察结直肠癌组织中CD40mRNA的表达变化,并探讨其临床意义。方法应用RT-PCR法分别检测30例结直肠癌及其癌旁组织中CD40mRNA的相对表达量,并分析其表达与结直肠癌患者性别、肿瘤大小、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、远处转移、TNM分期相关性。结果结直肠癌组织中CD40mRNA的表达水平显著低于癌旁组织(P<0.05);结直肠癌组织中CD40mRNA的表达水平与肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移、TNM分期相关(P<0.05),与患者性别、浸润深度及远处转移无关(P>0.05)。结论结直肠癌组织中CD40mRNA表达显著降低,并与肿瘤的浸润性生长相关;CD40分子可能成为判断结直肠癌预后的有效指标。Objective To observe the expression changes of CD40 mRNA in colorectal cancer tissue and investigate its clinical significanc. Methods The relative expression of CD40 mRNA was examined by RT-PCR in colorectal cancer tissues （30 cases） and adjacent normal tissues （30 cases）. The relationship between the expression and sex, tumor size, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis and TNM stage of colorectal cancer was analyzed. Results The expression of CD40 mRNA in colorectal cancer fissures was significantly lower than that in the adjacent normal tissues （P 〈 0.05 ）. There was a statistically significant correlation of CD40 mRNA expression with tumor size, lymph node metastasis and tunlor-node-metastasis （TNM） stage （ P 〈 0.05 ）, there was no statistically correlation of CD40 mRNA expression with the sex, depth of invasion, distant metastasis （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions The expression of CD40 mRNA in colorectal cancer tissue decrease significantly, and related with the invasive growth of tumor. CD40 molecule might be a valuable marker in predicting the prognosis of the colorectalcancer.
