摘  要:多效唑是农业上使用广泛的三唑类杀菌剂和植物生长调节剂,但很少有研究涉及到多效唑对鱼类的毒理学效应.以环境相关质量浓度(10,100,1000ng/L)的多效唑对褐菖鮋(Sebastiscus marmoratus)进行50d的水体暴露,检测多效唑对褐菖鮋脾脏抗氧化防御系统指标的影响.结果显示,褐菖鮋脾脏的谷胱甘肽(GSH)、谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶(GST)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHPx)、丙二醛(MDA)和Na+-K+-ATPase等相关指标在多效唑毒性作用下都出现了相应的变化,且这些变化与多效唑呈剂量-效应关系.表明多效唑的暴露对褐菖鮋的抗氧化防御系统的功能造成了损伤.实验的结果说明,多效唑等唑类农药的长期使用对鱼类等水生生物和水体环境造成了生态压力.Paclobutrazol (PBZ) is widely used as triazole fungicide and plant growth regulator in agriculture.But the toxicology of PBZ on fishes was seldom studied.This research was designed to detect the influence of PBZ on the spleen antioxidant system of Sebastiscus marmoratus that was exposed at an environmental concentration of PBZ (10,100,1 000 ng/L) for 50 d.The result showed that the glutathione (GSH),glutathione-S-transferases (GST),glutathione peroxidase (GSHPx),malondialdehyde (MDA),and Na+-K+-ATPase of spleen were presented with a concentration dependence variation under the action of PBZ,which indicated the exposure of PBZ had harmful to the antioxidant system of Sebastiscus marmoratus.The result showed that long-term usage of PBZ may cause ecological pressure on aquatic organisms such as fishes and aquatic environment etc.In view of the long-term use of pesticides that may lead to environmental problems,it is necessary to carry out the researches that pesticides have toxicogenic effect on fishes and Marine organisms.This study has actual significance for the protection,estimate and monitor of the ocean ecological environment.
