摘 要:在全三维研制模式下,产品设计与工艺工作可并行开展,但由于缺乏制定数据成熟度的标准等原因,目前大部分产品仍采用传统的串行封闭式研制和生产流程模式。为提高产品全三维设计与制造效率,需要开展设计工艺协同技术研究。文中结合雷达领域设计与工艺部门联合研制的特点,分析了设计工艺协同研制的现状与技术难点,重点探讨了设计成熟度定义、设计工艺协同流程改进、设计工艺协同实施平台等关键技术。根据分析结果给出了雷达结构设计工艺协同工作技术路线,实现了基于共享信息的紧密集成与协同。Product design and process can be conducted simultaneously using Model-based Definition technol- ogy. However, due to the lack of data maturity criterion, the serial close mode of development and manufac- ture is still adopted to most products recently. In order to improve the efficiency of design and manufacturing of products, research on collaborative design and process is required. Based on the trend that the radar is devel- oped jointly by the design department and process department, the present situation and difficult points of col- laborative design and process are analyzed, and the key technologies such as definition of design maturity, business process improvement, implement platform for information sharing and integration are discussed. In addition, the flow route of the radar structure collaborative design and process is presented.
