摘 要:将炭纤维细粉注入家兔左侧大脑颞叶皮质内 ,动态观察脑组织病理学及脑电图 (EEG)改变。结果表明 ;注入后 1周~ 1 0 4周 ,未见实验组家兔有与炭纤维植入有关的明显的神经病学改变 ;注入后 1周~ 2周 ,实验组(EG)与对照组 (CG)的组织病理学和 EEG检查均显示轻度异常改变 ,二组间无明显差异 ;注入后 4周 ,EG与 CG的组织病理学检查未见明显的损伤性改变 ,但 EEG检查仍可见较多慢波 (θ波 ) ,注入 8周后 ,EG与 CG的 EEG恢复正常。结论 :将炭纤维细粉注入家兔左侧大脑颞叶皮质后 ,表现出较好的组织相容性。After the fine carbon fiber powder was injected into the left cerebral temporal lobe cortex of the rabbits, the changes of cerebral histopathology and EEG were dynamically observed. Results showed that 1~104 weeks after the injecting, no neurological changes concerning with the implanting of the fine carbon fiber powder were found in the experimental rabbits. 1~2 weeks after the injecting, slight abnormal changes of the histopathology and EEG were found in the experimental group compared with the contrast group, but no significant differences were showed between them. 4 weeks after the injecting, no obvious injury changes were found under optical microscopes, but many slow waves (θ waves) were found in EEG, 8 weeks after the injecting, normal EEG was showed in the experimental group and contrast group. It can be concluded that the carbon fiber exhibits good histocompatibility with the cerebral temporal lobe cortex of rabbits.
