摘 要:目的:建立PICC专科护士理论知识体系。方法:通过德尔菲专家咨询法对19名PICC专家进行2轮咨询,确立理论知识内容要点。结果:2轮专家咨询的积极系数分别为100%、94.7%,专家积极系数较高。专家咨询的判断依据系数、熟悉程度系数、权威系数分别为0.900、0.842、0.871,均>0.700,咨询结果的可信度较高。两级指标肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.463、0.295,P<0.001,专家对两级指标重要性认同的一致程度较高。最终确定的理论知识体系包括7项一级指标,18项二级指标,39项知识要点。结论:专家意见集中,研究结果可信度高,PICC专科护士理论知识体系的确立能为PICC专科护士理论知识培训课程的设置提供参考。Objective: To develop professional theory knowledge hierarchy for PICC specialized nurses. Methods: We established PICC professional theory knowledge hierarchy through Delphi method with 2 rounds consultation by 19 experts. Results: The professional theory knowledge hierarchy included 7first grade indexes, 18 second indexes and 39 knowledge key points. The positive coefficients index of 2 rounds Delphi experts were 100% and 94.7%, respectively. The co coefficients of expert judgment, familiarity and authority were 0.900, 0.842, and 0.871, respectively and all higher than 0.700. The Kendall's W of two level indexes were 0.463 and 0.295, respectively. Conclusions: The PICC professional theory knowledge hierarchy is reliable and valid to provide guidance for the continuing education theoretical knowledge contents of the PICC nurses.
