摘　　要：目的:观察CAG方案治疗低增生性髓细胞白血病(AML)的临床疗效。方法:对31例低增生AML给予CAG方案诱导缓解化疗,观察其化疗相关毒性,监测中性粒细胞水平,并评估疗效。结果:31例患者中完全缓解17例,部分缓解7例,总有效率77%,未缓解7例。结论:CAG方案治疗低增生AML安全有效,中性粒细胞减少时间短,降低化疗相关死亡率。Objective：To investigate the clinic effect of hypocellular acute myeloid leukemia（AML） patients with CAG regimen.Methods：31 cases with hypocellular acute myeloid leukemia（AML） were treated with CAG regimen.Results：There were 17 cases achieved Complete remission（CR）;7cases partial remission（PR）.The total effective rateWas 77%,inducing 7 cases of NR.Conclusion：CAG regimen has been proved to be effective In shortening the perind of neutropenia and decreasing the death rate related to chemotherapy,hence,a secure and effective therapy in treating hypocellular AML.
